Evangelos Chrysafis is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens.

He holds a master’s degree with honours on European Community Public Administration and has published his thesis on “European Community Competition Law on the Liberalization of Electric Energy Markets”.

He is a member of the Athens Bar Association as Attorney at the Supreme Court and has been with Aspogerakas-Grivas Law Firm for over a decade.

He also offers specialized legal services for State organizations and agencies.
